Routine Maintenance Services
Routine maintenance is performed weekly and Routine Maintenance Service Agreements are on a month-to-month basis. Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance. Orchid Isle Landscaping has liability insurance from First Insurance of Hawaii in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Landscape Maintanance

Pull weeds, remove dead debris, clean debris from driveway and walks.

Trim shrubs as needed to achieve desired appearance.

Trim trees and palms reached with a pole saw from the ground up to 15 ft. height, as needed.

Maintain lawns weekly.

Hand water as needed.

Haul debris from job site to green waste, weekly.
Large Tree Care

We supervise a professional arborist to bi-annually trim palm trees above 15’ height.
(Arborist will invoice separately for this service, at our negotiated volume rates.)
Fertilizer & Herbicides

Supply & apply fertilizer to shrubs, ground covers and lawns, quarterly, or as needed.

Supply & apply fertilizer to trees & palms bi-annually, or as needed.

Supply & apply herbicides for weed control as needed.
Pest Management

Supply & apply insecticides for plant pest control as needed; apply slug & snail baiting, as needed, where permitted.
Irrigation & Soil

Monitor & adjust irrigation systems as needed.

Joe has been installing and maintaining high end residential landscapes for more than twenty years in Hawaii. He has installed landscapes for luxury homes in Hawi, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Waikoloa, Hualalai, Kukio, and Hokulia. Joe manages Joe Roderick Hawaiian Landscapes Inc. & Nursery and Orchid Isle Landscaping. He enjoys the hands-on work and is out in the nursery and on site with his dedicated team.
